Welcome to OO Insights. Before the legal specifics below, one thing up front: you're very welcome to use, share, and publish screenshots of my charts and data in your own articles, research, or newsletters. I only ask for clear attribution with a link back to OO Insights, plus a credit to the original data source noted on that page.

These terms govern your use of OO Insights (at ooinsights.space). By using the site, you agree to them. OO Insights is a free, independent project — I don't charge for access, so there are no payment or subscription terms here.

The service

OO Insights presents aggregated, derived insights about the space economy, compiled from third-party public data sources. I provide it on a best-effort basis and may change, pause, or withdraw any part of it at any time. The information is for general informational and educational purposes and is not investment, financial, or professional advice — see the disclaimer for the full statement on accuracy and reliance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• • scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or bulk-collect the site or its data, except where I explicitly permit it;
• • republish, resell, or redistribute the site's content or my derived metrics as a dataset or competing product;
• • reverse-engineer, probe, or circumvent the site's security or access controls;
• • use the site unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or in any way that disrupts or overloads it.

Editorial and personal use — reading the site, and citing, linking to, or publishing screenshots of its charts and figures with attribution (as noted at the top) — is welcome and encouraged. The restrictions above are about automated/bulk extraction and dataset-style redistribution, not attributed editorial use.

Intellectual property

The site's original content — the design, the written analysis, and the proprietary metrics and methodology I compute — is mine. Using the site gives you a limited, personal, revocable licence to view it for your own use; it does not transfer any ownership. The underlying data remains the property of its sources and is used under their respective terms (see below).

Third-party data

Figures are derived from third-party public sources — including GCAT (J. McDowell), CelesTrak, and TheSpaceDevs Launch Library 2 — each of which keeps its own rights and terms. I display aggregated, derived insights with attribution; I don't own or redistribute the raw underlying datasets. If you reuse anything traceable to those sources, their terms apply to you too.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The site and its data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and some content is AI-generated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site — any reliance is at your own risk. You agree to use your own judgement and to verify anything you rely on.

Changes & availability

I may update these terms and the site as the project evolves. I'll change the date above when I revise the terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated version. I don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

Suspension of access

I may restrict or withdraw access to anyone who breaches these terms or misuses the site — for example, by scraping or attempting to circumvent its controls.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
